Phil handled a somewhat complicated tax return and amendment for us very competently. He was so thorough that he even caught a mistake our previous accountant had made on a prior return so that we could correct it. He is a pleasure to work with and really knows what he's doing. Phillip has helped me the last couple years with my taxes. I have been very pleased with his work. Phillip explored my situation and then explained the various option with the pros and cons. Together we selected a plan of action. He then resolved an $18K Tax issue with a reduction in the amount owed and the balance to be paid with a structured payment over 5 years and a reasonably low interest rate. Phillip also reduced his fee when the process went more smoothly than anticipated. You don't see that kind of inegrity very often. I would reccommend him and his services for anyone that's in a tough tax situation. It's possible, but rather difficult to get this good of an outcome by dealing directly with the IRS. His services were definetly worth the cost.

I had gotten myself in a very tight box with last year's taxes. Even after I filed for an extension I had procrastinated until I was literally out of time. I contacted Mr Foster on Thursday, met with him on Friday and he had my taxes completed and filed in time to meet Monday's filing deadline. He was efficient, professional and friendly throughout our interactions and he Really saved my bacon! I intend to return year after year for his services.

Phillip put me in the back burner for over a month while I stressed out over it he didn’t reply to my messages or voice mails he talked to me poorly and never followed through on saving me for the first quarter plus I still haven’t heard back from the IRS about it all nor received any of it back due to the delays from Covid excuses!! I’ll never recommend him to anyone. I deserve to get all the money I paid for these ridiculous penalties back!!! He also took himself off before it was completely resolved!!! I still haven’t heard from the IRS!! And he knew what trouble it was for me to reach them it took over an hour on hold! He did not provide a complete satisfied service for me and my business!

Phill Foster was fantastic with helping my elderly mother who was a victim of fraud and needed help to absolve her IRS debt connected to the fraud.
