Id give her 0 stars if I could! She may know accounting, but her customer service and attitude show a lack of professionalism. My friend introduced her to me (a non-English speaker with a business and no IRS education). It all started when I tried to buy a house, and my underwriter told me I had to redo my taxes because they were wrong (She filled out my taxes wrong, so I ended up paying high returns.) As a result, I couldnt buy that house. She said she was sick with COVID and couldnt redo it. Ive worked long hours sick from home, too, and her job is just sitting in front of a computer! Anyway, just a heads up! You wont notice her mistakes until a real CPA or IRS auditor looks at them. As a side note, I am filing Form 14157 in relation to this tax preparation. Latinos beware!
