Very bad customer service. They dont like to answer any tax return question . they are too busy , they spend only 1-2 min thats not enough to discus . they charge $650 fee but dont have time for client to discus about tax return
We’ve been using Sorenson & Company on our taxes for the last few years.The process always goes smoothly and Bryan is a nice guy.
Really poor communication on the phone. Not taking new clients, so they should probably list themselves on Google as temporarily closed. Or at least have a polite phone message explaining theyre not taking new clients BEFORE talking to an annoyed receptionist.
I called to hire an accountant to help me with a tax situation and they said they can’t help me? I am confused?? They are tax accountants and you cannot hire them
