Steven & Martha have been great to work with. They have helped us reconcile our books, create profit & loss statements, file our taxes, and provide much needed clarity on our businesses finances. They are quick to answer questions, easy to speak to, and are very affordable.

Husband filled our taxes here. No one ever actually submitted our taxes. He went in almost 5-6 weeks ago. We called a week ago to check on the status if our return because we hadn’t received it yet. Found out they hadn’t submitted it due to miscommunication on their part. So we got all that taken care of, and we were told that it would be filed immediately once they received our signatures, so we did that. Just called back a week later to just double check and make sure it all was good and it was filed. Nope. She’s still just sitting on it after we have paid and after we have submitted everything. Don’t recommend. Feels very sketchy and dishonest. Never experienced this with any other tax agent. Only went to them because of a recommendation but never again.
