Extremely poor communication & organization. I would go into details but I don’t want to waste more time. All of my coworkers and I will be going somewhere else. You should do the same.

I received a referral to DBNTax from a highly trusted attorney and my husband and I have been very happy with the professionalism, communication and expertise of our interactions with Blake and the rest of the team, including payroll. We asked for some assistance with documentation and asked for tax comparisons and our requests were replied to thoroughly and punctually. I’m very glad we were referred to DBNTax.

What a refreshing change! My tax questions have been answered in ways I understand, Tanner is a pleasure to work with and talk to and he's always willing to respond, no matter the time of year! Changing to DBN Tax was the best thing I've done in a long time!

BEWARE!!! Hunter is the most inept and incompetent accountant out there! Horrible communication and they absolutely don’t care about the small business owner. Run away as fast as you can!!!

DBNtax has always done a great job for us. I’ve compared Turbo Tax with what DBN does and Donald always finds a legal and ethical way to lower my taxes. I got audited by the IRS and Donald set the IRS straighter than an arrow. 💪✊👊👊👊

Loss for words. They switch your tax guy every year. The new tax guys have less than a year of experience. Basically just HR BLock. I will not be going back there as they just shuffle you through to someone who is not a CPA and has the same experience as I do. 0 stars.

Theyve gone down hill. Been waiting on them to call me back on three separate occasions. Every time Ive called they say they’ll call me back or portal is down. I submitted everything they asked of me over 30 days ago and here we are taxes still not filed! Been using them for 3 years and refereed friends and family to them but that’s going to stop! Update: they also caused another $60 in fees and were just like… “youre welcome”
