Unreliable and lazy employees who promised to complete tax return using all forms discussed in advance and backed out of doing the work because it was not worth it for them. I do not recommend this company. Upd: Nazokat makes it look like it was my mistake. Beware that she tried to bribe me to remove my negative review by paying for my tax preparation fee to another accountant, hence, her response below.
