We had a very poor experience with Melissa Trainer. She did not return phone messages, she did not keep regular office hours. Also, we needed to have the local police call her in order to get her to respond and complete our tax returns. Due to her lack of response, we needed to pay an additional penalty because of a late return with taxes owed. She talked a good talk, but didn’t deliver. We were new to Texas so we trusted that she would be professional with integrity. Also, fees were very high. She charged $800 for a corporate tax return and $550 for a personal return.

Very professional and helpful! If she is unsure of your question she will move mountains to find the answer! Wouldn’t dream of using anyone else! I started my small handmade business and she has been so helpful.

I have used Melissa Trainer CPA services for the last 3 years. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very organized and very focused. I have been in business for myself for the last 20 years and never felt really comfortable with how my taxes were done, and did not believe the services were a great value. Not until now. Melissa provides a great service at a fair price.

Melissa has truly been a godsend for us. My daughter and I are working on making my granddaughter's business into a 501c this year. We tried to start the process, but quickly found that we needed help. Along came Melissa....she has really gone above board on this.
