Deceptive practice. Not upfront about pricing. After paying an enormous price for services then was charged an additional $500 for a single letter.

Deceptive practice and not up front with prices. They handled our tax problem and charged 500.00 which we paid without issue. A couple months later they charged another 500.00 just to send some letter. We were not told of this charge beforehand and we understood that it had been paid in full with initial 500.00 payment.
