I haven't done taxes with her. However, after I told her that she reached the wrong number, I asked her a tax question if I could use a certain thing as a tax write off. When she realized she wasn't going to make money off of me, she rushed to get off the phone by acting like she didn't know. She has poor customer service. Me giving her 2 stars is being nice.
