Rosalee was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. I had a list of questions, and she addressed them all. I appreciated her honesty, if there was something that she couldn't answer definitively. My questions were very complicated and involved international issues. I came away feeling that i\I had a good grasp on what i needed to do, and glad that Rosalee was there if I needed further assistance.
