Thuy provided me with excellent service. I had a bunch of issues with my taxes but she helped me out quickly and efficiently. She replied to all my emails on time and was very friendly along the way.

This CPA group consistently delivers exceptional service, always meeting deadlines with precision. Thuy exemplifies professionalism and goes above and beyond to assist clients. If you are in need of a CPA, I highly recommend giving Nguyen Accounting a try; you will undoubtedly be impressed with their services.

I’ve had the worst experience with Thuy despite the fact that she charged me almost $800 to file my 2021 taxes. Not to mention, I was billed over $200 in fees from the IRS because SHE filed late. Finally, as previous reviews have mentioned…neither she NOR her staff respond to emails—which frankly, I should be impressed that she managed to find an equally unprofessional and graceless staff (including Nawanan & Elena) to perfectly emulate her poor work ethic. To say the least, I do not recommend her or her services.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Nguyen Accounting Group. We have been working with them for 3 years now. We had another CPA that was a lot more expensive and Ms. Nguyen has provided an outstanding service for us. Several times I have contacted her with close deadlines to provide documents and she has always gone out of her way to help deliver what I need on time. I highly recommend them!

The Nguyen team transformed our two companies' approach to taxes. All of our previous accountants were doing it all the wrong way, but she and her team flipped that approach and held our hands through the process of following all the proper procedures and increasing our tax refund substantially within the tax laws. We are very grateful and would recommend her especially for personal/small businesses. - Erik & Hector

Horrible accounting group. Does not answer calls, or emails. Always seems to “busy” with clients even though I am one of them. Does not keep their word of when documents are ready. Act like nothing is wrong when they talk to you esp the owner.
