Was good in the past but no longer follow up, misses appointments. I guess she is just too big now for the little guys.

Jennifer has been doing my personal taxes for years now, and she and her staff have done great work across the board. Highly recommend this very competent and friendly company!

Been using Jennifer since 2013 and we love her. She is very organized, has digital upload option for your documents so you don’t have to worry about copies and she has always done a great job, very pleased!

Ms. Whitis is not accepting new clients when I called (understood). However, the desk said she has no recommendations and “doesn’t know anyone in the area” for an alternative CPA option. VERY suspect for someone to have been in the area for so long. Clearly no community awareness

She recover funds for my wife and I that another CPA had missed. Her preparation of material allows you to impute every itemized recordi due you. She talked to another CPA in another state to get information needed for completion of our taxes. She is the best and a true professional in her field.
