I am so happy with this service. Jennifer is my go-to lady. Absolutely wonderful working with her. However, I would be pleased working with anyone there. I just really like how easily accessible this service is. You don’t get a huge menu before you get to talk to someone. I highly recommend this service. 🙌

Not impressed with this company at all. After almost a 2 week long runaround and being told the bank preapproved me for the refund loan they then came back and said wasnt approved. Getting ahold of anyone from customer service was a joke also. If your after a refund advanve stay away from these people.

I highly recommend Avenue tax !! They have been the most helpful and just all around easy to work with. I applied for the refund loan and every step of the way someone was right there to walk me threw the steps to make sure everything was correct. I never waited on hold more then a minute when I would call and even the next back we’re very fast. This was my 1st time going to them and I don’t see myself going anywhere else in the future!! Thanks guys ! You have been amazing!!
