Gabby was wonderful and so very sweet. She was able to go ahead and take care of my taxes right then and there. I appreciate Liberty Tax being able to file my extension and checking back with me to keep me on track to get back in but they did not hassel me about it, just reminders. I'd recommend this team to antone especially of they have question or concerns as with my situation. Thank you Liberty and thanks to DJ, Sheila and Gabby.

Very helpful and welcoming staff!
Great experience. Very helpful and professional.
I have been using this library tax franchise for several years. This year they filed my taxes. They charged me $400 to file. I was told I would get a refund for $1500. The IRS held my refund as payment for tax bill in 2021. In 2021this office filed my taxes and I got a refund. Now I have a tax bill for almost $7000 total for tax year 2021!!!! This office told me if I have a problem with it call the IRS!!!
Excellent customer service! Sheila has made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the doors. Would definitely recommend to my friends & family.
D.j. was very helpful and tried her best to help me get some money back. I really appreciated how hard she tried to help me out.
Ms Shelia was amazing
The ladies were very friendly and very helpful, would definitely recommend!!!
