After having my paper work lost multiple times and calling over and over for answers, I decided to write this review. I am still recieving letters from the IRS that Norma or anyone else at the office "have no idea what the IRS is asking" as said by Norma herself. She does not call you if something is needed, you have to reach out to her which she then acts as if you are bothering her.... DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

Norma and Barbara have been delightful to work with. I have been with them for years. They are very kind and take the time to explain why and the tax code. Any question I have they will answer and explain. They also have been very sensitive to timelines and helping me meet deadlines. I am very grateful for both of these ladies.

Okay so I ended up given Norma a shot after I read the bad reviews.!!! well i should of not she had my papers for about a week and told me she had not gone thru them. When I told her that I was getting audited for a specific form and for what she told me then why are you asking me for. She is OLD, DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE AND UNETHICAL, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!DO YOUR business SOMEWERE ELSE. Her husband on 1960 is bad as well stay away from both offices !!!!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED......

Worst experience ever. Waited 3 months for accounting work only to find out they were completely wrong! I had to pay someone else to go back and fix the entire year.

One star is two stars too many! Shame on me for not doing my homework for a good bookkeeping and tax service -- but they have been in business here in our neighborhood for years, so I figured they were legit. Norma's told us on our initial visit when we went to file for LLC that it would be more advantageous to file as a C Corp instead. We told her we needed help every step of the way because neither of us had experience in owning a small company. When our corporation papers came back with incorrect names and information, that should have been our first sign. Since then, we have been misguided and given incorrect information every step of the way. I could go on and on, but don't want to waste any more of my time on them. They give you an email address and then later say that they do not answer emails because they are too busy? Really?? In 2016, you don't communicate by email? After doing our taxes completely different than how she told us to do our bookkeeping, she had her husband redo them, the way she first told us to do things... and when we questioned numbers that they had put on our taxes, she couldn't explain. We now have to find a new CPA who can go through this mess and file them properly. I have been hung up on today by both owners because they dont like or cannot answer the questions I have for them. I cannot believe they are still in business -- especially after now hearing from others who have had to do the same (and have someone correct everything they did wrong). I hope I save at least one person from making the horrible same mistake we made.

Terrible place. Walked in to get a form notarized. A man in the front of building greeted me and went to ask one of the two available notaries if they could help me. She was too busy so he walked over to the other. She was also too busy. He walked between the two offices a few more times until I told him that I was leaving. I didn't want to inconvenience them. If you want to be treated like a nuisance, you've come to the right place. Completely unprofessional.
