I've been using Norma's since 2001. Mr Wayne & Ms. Norma are a precious couple. Mr Wayne has done my taxes up until his passing in 2019, a military veteran I had the utmost respect for. I have always felt safe trusting them to take care of business. I will miss Mr.Wayne & his personality, I found him to be a very nice respectful gentleman. Their daughter Thelma will be taking care of my business needs from here on out. Thank you for your years of service. Its worth the drive!

Just moved to Texas the end of last year from Oregon. Had such a great experience with our tax person in Oregon and then my husband passed away and I moved to Texas. This was the worst experience I have ever had with the tax service. The communication was terrible and I was constantly given the runaround after they lost my W-2 my previous tax return and then took four months to get it done. They never once apologized for all of the messing up that happened And still charged me $230 to do my taxes. Would never use them again!!! Don’t go there!

Been doing my taxes since 1998 and I love them. Family owned and so nice and polite! Me. Wayne was a wonderful man and gave great advice!!! Always willing to help. I will miss him doing my taxes but look forward to working with Thelma on them in the future!!

They have done a good job taking care of my taxes for the last 5 years. I don't plan going anywhere else. Mr. Wayne's Davis has done a great job and the price for doing my taxes is more than reasonable and I love his office.

I have been using Norma's Bookkeeping Services since 1997 and I have always had great service with Wayne, Norma and Thelma. They do my taxes and all my bookkeeping needs and do a fantastic job. I will always use them and I am glad that Wayne and Norma have continued to work past retirement...

I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful in my life and I work in sales!! Mr. Wayne Davis Sr. was so rude and completely unprofessional. He was about to file and I asked him to wait that I wanted to get a second opinion because I noticed on the paperwork that the numbers were incorrect and he yelled at me saying it was unfair to him because he did all the 15 mins of work to type the numbers in the computer!! and he said "well I hope you get charged alot of money somewhere else" and slammed the phone on my face. I filed my taxes every year here with Thelma and she was such a sweet lady but that bitter old prune needs to be put in check. I'm astonished they allow him to work there!
