Amazing service very professional, knowledgeable, super fast, kind and trustworthy. This is my third time working with them and I plan to see Taxink again next year.

I've always gone to Taxink as far as I can remember. I tried getting a quote from Jackson Hewitt and H&R Block once and if I recall correctly, they were more expensive. I'm also happy that I do have the option of filing my taxes for free online. This year either I was too lazy or I preferred the personal touch of an Taxink representative.

This is the first year my husband and I filed together and we were unsure about the process and timing. Chelsie was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process, which was quicker and simpler than expected. We will be returning in the future!

Very poor customer service. Put the wrong direct deposit number and I haven’t received my refund. I’ve been calling and messaging and no response. Will never use this service again.
