This was the first time we used a third party to complete our taxes as we recently formed an LLC and S Corp. Brian was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process on how to set things up properly, reviewing our books, making adjustments when necessary, and filing our taxes. Our small company has been with BSH ACCOUNTING for 3 years now, Brian helped us organized and structure our QuickBooks. He was also instrumental in helping avoid major penalties for late files on corporate taxes. People often tell you just create an LLC and go, but what they don’t tell in the details can hurt you. Brian and BSH has proven to be an asset to our business. Well worth it!!!

Being a business owner, it is imperative that I find an excellent CPA who is knowledgeable in standardized deductions, capital gains, sales taxes etc etc. I have been led astray before and I had to fight to get my money back for months on end.
