Mr. Peters is an excellent and professional CPA. He is very patient in explaining the answers to my questions. He breaks down his explanation to make it easy to understand. He provided guidance when I was starting my practice and this allowed me to make wise business decisions during my start-up. I highly recommend Peters CPA, LLC without any reservations. Lloyd does our payroll, and all the accompanying tax reports/forms, prepares our taxes (personal and business), files franchise tax reports, and when needed has given me tax advice for planning at an hourly fee. He's responsive and too competitively priced! Seriously, we frequently add a little money to his bill as a "tip." He's just a good guy who will answer your questions clearly and promptly. Our taxes have become increasingly complicated over the years (retirement trusts, etc.). Nothing is ever left undone. I've been with him since he bought the business. He cares. Thanks Lloyd.

I have been using this company for several years even though I live in another state because my previous accountant in Dallas, when I lived there, sold his practice to them. My taxes are relatively simple -- I could probably do them myself -- but I prefer having professionals prepare my tax returns for the expertise and experience they bring to the table, their familiarity with my specific personal needs, and to ensure my compliance with any laws, rules and regulations I may be unfamiliar with ... so, I continued using Peters. I have not been disappointed. Indeed, I have been impressed in many ways, but two stand out in particular: one, they retained the valued staff member who worked for the predecessor's practice (in a two-person office at the time, i.e., the accountant and this assistant); and two, the new team's AWESOME professionalism and responsiveness, along with their success in modernizing the practice in a relatively short period of time. I'm confident that anybody looking for an honest, ethical, modern, professional, responsive accounting firm won't be disappointed in Peters CPA, LLC if he, she or they are in need of one.
