Hall accounting has continually provided me with high quality customer services. I've been working with them for the past 5 years and plan on using them for every year moving forward.

I was in a bind. My old CPA was old. Communication just stopped. AND the deadline was rapidly approaching. I randomly discovered Hall Accounting. They said that they had had customers who had the same issue. This is why they work in pods. So, if one of them "disappears" for some reason, the others know exactly what is going on OR how to get up to speed on your particular issues. Hall stepped in and got the job done. They are expensive. My old CPA charged about 1/3 of what Hall charges. IF you can afford it, then they are worth it. The cost may end up making me find a different firm, but for now I will use them again next year.... but maybe not for my personal taxes... OUCH! hit me in the pocket book. BUT nobody forced me to use them. I would say that if you want superior service, then go for Hall. If you don't want to find yourself in a bind, then go for Hall. If you want to sleep peacefully at night, then go for Hall. If your life is so hectic that you want to scream, Hall will take some of the load off your plate. If their tax prep quality and service is any indication of how they will preform their other services, then you will find no better. In the end, although I moaned about the cost, I would say they are worth it. 5 stars out of 5.
