Honestly, I usually don't care to write reviews, unless I feel it could help the public in a major way. And yes, I do think this could help the public STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!! I called to inquire, yes only inquire, about their services and if they offered help in setting up LLC's. The girl that answered sighed and said "UMMM, well we're not taking on any new clients right now." Oh ok, I simply asked if that's a service you have, then we could see if I actually want to work with you. So instead of slamming the door in someone's face, maybe do a little q&a and figure out how you could help this potential customer. But noooo... the rudeness and blatant lack of care for her job continued. I then asked if she could help refer me to someone in their office or out, that could atleast help me go in the right direction? Her answer " Umm, no, I don't know anything about that." Uhhh yeah of course YOU don't, that's why I'm asking for someone that does! She should be fired for the company's sake. I bet she loses them thousands upon thousands of dollars of revenue by talking the way she does. Or maybe she's just a reflection of what that office is really like and I just dodged a major bullet! Either way, if you're a business professional, I HIGHLY ADVISE you stay away from this office. They don't want your business anyways.

Dishonest, incompetent, and slow. We were told that we would have a free consultation but he charged us for that (he charged more for the consult then weve ever paid for the entire taxes to be completed). We turned in all the information (including the expense categories totalled, income totalled, daily account totals reconciled per account) early January and he did not finish the work till August. He asked over and over again for the same data (that was in the original file I submitted to him). The only thing I could think was that he kept loosing the paperwork or that he doesnt know how to navigate excel. The only thing he needed to do was fill in the numbers for the tax forms and send them in. I wasnt even able to get work done some days because he continued to ask for the same information over and over again. I finally just started forwarding the same email with the same file. When he couldnt figure out how to use Excel I retyped all the data into a profit and loss sheet and submitted that. He still couldnt figure it out and my mom had to go in and explain it to him in person (after we had already explained everything during the free consult). He charged over $9,000.00 for poor work. Plus well have to pay fines for the taxes going in late/redoing our personal taxes. Negative Quality, Value
