After 2 visits and 3 unreturned phone calls, I gave up on this place, after being asked to return YET AGAIN for another consult. I file individual taxes with a few rental properties and personal investments - my taxes are not that complicated. I don't think they'll scam you, they're just horribly inefficient without any customer service. Plus, it's 2016, & they're still doing tax calculations by hand. I was sitting there dictating my data, wondering why I wasn't at home on Turbotax... I found another recommended accountant at Newlin Associates who sat down with me one time for an hour and some change, and knocked out my return with an electronic tax program. And, the price was actually $40 less than Sanders. This place did nothing for me but waste hours of my time - say, can I write that off on my taxes next year?

Sanders & Associates has worked with me both personally and professionally for some time now. It's difficult to find CPA's that listen to your concerns and work very closely with you to help make the experience more effective. I would recommend them for both personal tax needs as well as business planning!

I wouldn't have thought that someone like myself, who has a relatively straightforward tax return every year, could benefit so greatly from having an accountant do my return versus me using TurboTax. The people at Sanders are good people. I'll never use TurboTax again!

I have used a lot of different CPAs and accounting groups both personally and professionally. Until I was introduced to Anthony and Kevin I had always found the experience to be over priced, stuffy, and clinical. Anthony and Kevin are good at what they do and very personable guys. I recommend them to people all the time.

I recently opened a business in Chattanooga and went through countless people who said they knew how to do my bookkeeping and taxes but they all overpromised and under delivered. I was at wits end. Then one day I was driving through Red Bank and came across Sanders & Associates. I don't know if it was fate or a higher calling but I just stopped in and it's been one of the best investments for my business thus far. Everyone on staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and down-to-earth and will tell you straight up what you need to do to save money and continue to grow.
