We had a great experience using DBS! They are efficient, knowledgable, and the rates are reasonable. The staff at our previous firm could be condescending which made us dread tax time even more than usual. Coming into this place where people are pleasant and not patronizing was a breath of fresh air. We feel confident recommending them to anyone. It was well worth the drive to Cleveland, although I think they offer virtual services as well.
