Very unfriendly receptionist telling me she can’t answer any questions (wasn’t tax question just if they provide the service I’m looking for) and they are not taking new clients anyway. Rude. Hope you’ll never need new clients.

Dealing with IRS issues is at best a painfully slow process. Byron Glover and team responded immediately to our requests and continually monitored progress until resolution. They took care of issues quickly and were always available for questions or consultation.

Moved here from out of state at the end of 2021, and Byron and his team handled our taxes seamlessly. Second year in a row we’ve used them and the client experience is always great. High character, amazing people. I recently went under contract for my first home and have interest in going into my IRA for part of the down payment. I am doing this all on my own and dont have al lot of resources and people I can lean on for directions and answers to this new world I am exploring. I wanted to make sure I dont do anything wrong and end up with a big tax penalty so I called multiple CPAs in Nashville to ask for their advice. Only one group called me back and it was Glover & Glover. When I called, I spoke with a very nice lady who seemed genuinely interested in the question I was asking. She asked if she could pass this up the chain and have somebody call me back, which I was all for. In no time at all I received a direct phone call from Byron Glover and he was able to help walk me through and explain everything for me. He wasnt looking to charge me for his advice, he just honestly cared about helping me out. This company went above and beyond everybody else and had genuine interest in assisting me. Said they are not accepting new clients. Why would a legitimate firm ever tell anyone that. Obviously they will never get my business and I will always tell everyone to never use them.
