I don't understand accounting companies in NMB. They apparently have too much business to care about losing a client. I switched to Bryant last year after a bad experience with another accountant. This year in early March I sent everything to them for 2023. I had email correspondence with a specific individual. I called for a follow-up only to hear "we filed an extension". April -- follow-up, we're working on it. May follow-up -- "it's on her desk". June follow-up, "we had a system crash and don't seem to have record of any of your paperwork". How is it that you just don't follow-up with clients? Moving on -- again.

2023 IRS and state returns done by Bryant Tax Services. I highly recommend Bryant; Kim Bryant uses the most sophisticated tax preparation software I've ever seen. My return was completed quickly and efficiently and I know the expertise at Bryant saved me some $$$. My second year at Bryant and I'll be back next year as well.

I have already wrote a review, but somehow it’s been removed. I don’t have the patience to rewrite everything all over again. But, if I had one word of advice for anyone thinking about using this company, it would be, RUN! The review from the lady in Fayetteville is almost identical to what happened to us. I have paid for work that was never done. They don’t returns calls. They are great at first, and than slowly over time they just stop returning calls, people are always sick, Josh doesn’t do what he says, Kim ignores you. I have had to find a new accountant, who has even tried to contact them so he could figure somethings out, you guessed it, no return call. Forms for 10 years were never filed, even though I paid them to do the work.I’ve been trying to get them for a week, so I can file them! Nothing, no emails, no call backs. You’re better off doing your taxes yourself than hiring them.

My husband and I are so disappointed in Kim and Josh. Kim had been our accountant while she was in Fayetteville, NC. We continued to use them after they moved to Myrtle Beach. Her son, Josh started doing our taxes at that time. We started having communication issues a couple of years ago and this year they completely ignored us. We’ve emailed, called and stopped by several times to discuss our concerns. Our last attempt at their office we picked up our taxes to be handled by someone who appreciates our business. We have been with Bryant accounting for 20+ years and they showed no concern in our leaving. They are not CPA’s so therefore do not have proper knowledge of the laws. After having found a new firm we discovered we have been paying way over for them to prepare our taxes. I would not even give them a one star but I had to leave a review. I hope this helps someone if they are considering this firm.

To start off everyone at bryant accounting were so nice to me , I own a landscape design business, kim bryant helped us with our taxes , any questions we had she had an answer to each one , she is awsome at what she does and is very trust worthy ! If any of you own a big or small buisness bryant accounting are the best to go to, My wife and I have been looking for the right accountant for our taxes for years and finally found the right company, so any of you looking for a place to have your taxes done I highly recommend bryant accounting
