Lost our documents almost immediately. Way too disorganized to be confident in this office.

The worst, most unprofessional and unorganized accounting facility I have ever used. Don’t waste your time.

Melissa has taken care of me for years. I have recommended her services to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

She seems to have a large volume of business, but if you're one that falls through the cracks, it's not a good experience. There is no accountability or communications at all, despite repeated requests. Even after they acknowledged the error, delay and communications problems, they allowed it happen again. I finally had to go get my docs and hire a new accountant to get my taxes done for last year.

Melissa was great! Answered all our questions clearly and provided great advice for future planning. Will definitely use her company in the future for all of our tax needs.
