Filed without asking me detailed questions then stated that I needed to amend the return. Told me that I will need to pay an additional $150 to amend the return on top of the $150 I already paid to file. Never replied to my request to amend (reached out twice). Update 8/11/23- claims there was a flood and that he can help, 5 weeks pass by with no update. Awful experience- not one to shame a business but definitely deserved here. Learn how to communicate with your customers- dont ignore them.

Mak's organized, easy to work with, understanding, and patient. He will walk you through any questions you may have. My taxes were done and filled within the same day for much cheaper than what HR Block or other tax offices may charge. Will be my go to, tax place for as long as I'm in RI.

Mak has been absolutely amazing to work with. He's patient, understanding, and a fast worker. Prices are more than fair. Very professional, and all around a great guy to work with. Will definitely be working with him again in the future. Highly recommend, thanks Mak!
