Phenomenal experience! I had to go in a couple times for a multi-step employment verification process. On both occasions I was greeted with kindness and efficiency. The prior place I used for my fingerprints lost them and never uploaded them to my new employer, which is terrifying. Carmen and her staff put me at ease and ensured me every step of the way. I received notification from my new employer within a couple days of visiting Carmen’s office, that I was all cleared to start! I will be forever grateful to Carmen and her team. I would give them 10 stars if possible and highly recommend to everyone! I will definitely be going back as she offers so many other services and really cares about everyone she serves by going above and beyond to help!
