Travis and his team are incredibly committed to supporting their clients' specific bookkeeping needs. He has been instrumental in helping our nonprofit clean up our books and create and maintain better systems going forward. He additionally has connected us with great additional resources and referrals to help with end of year tax services. Would recommend to any org looking for a great bookkeeping service!

I find that Travis is professional and prompt. You certainly get the what you pay for. He uses a teared monthly billing system depending on your level of bookkeeping needs and what you can afford. While he is busy, he is increasing his staff and is willing to expand his employee base. I use him for my two businesses and have always had good results. Just as long as I take care of my end, he has always taken care of his end as long as I have been on time and taken care of mine. Excellent service.

Travis, I would say is a very hard person to reach.. After I paid for services he never rendered. He never follow up with me. He has an answering service and when I leave a message, he never reply. He does not keep his word. Due to him my bookkeeping right now is completely messed up. I would never advise or refer anyone to him. He is very unprofessional. Now, I have to pay another bookkeeper for job that are behind which will be extra.

Philly Bookkeeping Solutions has made it possible for me to focus on running my business and teaching my clients, which is what I love to do, while they take care of all of the bookkeeping and accounting for my studio. They're always available to answer any questions, and they're very friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service! Their monthly reminders of what paperwork I need to provide them with makes it easy to stay on top of the monthly reporting, and they in turn send me links with my monthly financials. I highly recommend them!

Called Travis with two emergency consultations after my last accountant went AWOL. He stepped up and jumped into a messy bookkeeping situation then he quickly organized a tax consultation for a potential business sale. Super responsive and professional. All my tax business goes to Philly Bookkeeping from now on.
