Complete Controller has provided excellent bookkeeping and accounting advisory services to the small business I work at, for about 3 years. All our meetings are conducted virtually and it has never been an inconvenience for us. We have had a couple different bookkeepers assigned to our account during this time and feel that they have been knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with and very friendly. The advice and counseling received has been consistently excellent. There is a Controller assigned to our account to back up the bookkeeper that we typically work with. She is available by phone and email should a more detailed or advanced question arise. In EVERY situation, our questions and inquiries are replied to quickly and answered completely. I would endorse and recommend the service to other small businesses looking for competent bookkeeping services at reasonable rates.
For a new business owner, bookkeeping and accounting is intimidating. Complete Controller, specifically, Kelsey Frankenberg (bookkeeper) has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions in a timely manner and keep us on the right track. She created a budget for us at an inexpensive price that we utilized monthly. I definitely recommend this service!
