Very strange and disappointing experience. Howard worked on our taxes for a couple years and did a decent job, although he was somewhat error prone and didn't always return calls or respond to emails. This last year however he completely screwed up, dropped the ball and left us hanging. (And we paid him upfront, but I doubt there's much we can do about it.) Find someone else- this guy is not reliable.

He owes me money for unpaid labor! He won’t respond to my messages. He owes me over a thousand dollars for 20 days of work last year!

He started out great. Was a little delayed. Unfortunately it trended worse. May reach out to others to collectively sue him to get our money back.

If you look anywhere online, you will find a consistent theme of Howard taking payments for work and then disappearing. It's just happened to me as well. Don't get played. This guy is a joke and a scammer.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I've had months of no response with infrequent communication from the team and Howard himself. When I did hear from them I was told they would get back to me promptly which never happened. I was forced to move on after months and months of waiting and have yet to receive a promised PARTIAL refund. One of the worst business engagements I've ever had.

Howard was great to work with. Owning a small business can make it hard to buy a home but he made it possible!

Scammer! Took my money and tax information then never did my taxes. Take your business elsewhere!
