We went in on 3/28 to get help with filing our taxes. Very little questions were asked on both parts so we left not knowing how long it would take, what the price was, and if we had provided enough information. I called a couple of times to get a status update and both times, John hadn’t made any progress. Today is 4/11 and we still haven’t heard from John regarding our file. Monday is the last day to file. We take blame in that we filed later than we wanted to and we take blame for not asking about the timeline. However, This was our first time going to a person since we usually file through Turbo Tax. Needless to say, the whole process was disorganized.

I had a great experience working with John. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We did our taxes in an in person appointment today. We brought what was needed and he got it filed. Nice! Reasonable$. I do recommend John Galati. Make an appointment and get it done fast.

I honestly can't even comment on their services because they are seemingly quite unorganized when it comes to communicating. I was told over the phone yesterday to just drop by. When I did, he wasn't there. I noticed on on their signage it states that they are by appointment so I don't know why they would tell me to just come by. I asked the person at the front deak if I should make an appointment than. I was then told again to just come back later before they closed at 5. I came back at 3:45. Their door was closed and no one was there. I wasted my afternoon traveling back and forth twice. I won't be using their services.
