I hired Jacob to do my taxes this year and last year. This year he started my taxes and when I asked him to submit them this fall he completely fell off the face of the earth. I have a business and I reached out in September before the business deadline and his assistant told me he would be in touch after the business deadline. I mentioned that I have a business also that also needs to be submitted before the IRS deadline. Still no response. I ended up having to go with another accountant and found out that extension was never filed so I got hit with tons of IRS penalties. I have emailed Jacob multiple times about this issue and even to let him know about the penalties and he still is non-responsive. Moral of the story if you want a completely unreliable and unethical tax accountant that could have you paying IRS fines Jacobs your guy! If I could give 0 stars I would, do better Jacob!
