Relatively nice staff (when you can reach them). However, on a day to day basis, it is not a product for a small business. Trying to get their attention is almost impossible. Unresponsive and dismissive. It is hard to reach your point of contact or get work done. Our previous firm was bought out by the Ellis Group, and it has been difficult waters ever since. Not recommended for small firms. Staff can be nice and if you get tired of leaving messages and try to speak to someone, they will be nice until they get tired of hearing you. At least they walked over to the point of contact to see if she was at her desk. Very frustrating to have no comms with your accountant

HCS Landscaping, Inc has been a Client since 2004 and we have been very pleased with Ellis Group services. Recently they have gone way beyond my expectations with the SBA PPP Loan. They help me understand all the loan options so I could choose the best one for me. Their assistance in these unprecedented times have proven to be invaluable. They even introduced me to a Bank so I could get approved in the first round. They really care about their Clients. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Our family business has been with The Ellis Group for over 25 years. Shaun, his staff and the services they offer guided my father throughout the years. It became a solid relationship where we could focus on our industry and know that the accounting, payroll & tax liabilities are in good hands. I look forward in continuing this relationship into the next generation of our family business.

My family owned small local business, Shearer Locksmith, has utilized The Ellis Group as our full service payroll and accounting company for over 20 years and we have been most satisfied with them. They are very prompt when responding and have handled any and all situations where we have required their services. Very happy to recommend them!
