Politeness. Definitely. Met two really sweet women here whom were a pleasure to speak with. Paid a little higher than I usually did but I was willing to because they made me feel so comfortable. Filed late Feb. It's now July and I'm still waiting for my check. I have tried to contact the ladies whom I met but they seem to be on vacation. I need help. I can't seem to reach them via phone or email. It's probably not their fault but communication and customer service has to be better.

Lorraine was amazing to work with! Being a new small business owner & working with other local Companies , She actually cares to explain what the process looks like ! She kept me in the loop the whole entire time , unlike others I have worked with ! I’m glad I found someone I can trust to return to every year for my business taxes. Thank you for being kind & knowledgeable!

Lorraine made me feel very comfortable not only while I was there to get my taxes done she also answer's all of your questions when you need to call her for something! This has been my 4th year filling my taxes with Lorraine your not just another person when it comes to her she remembers you year to year and she makes you feel like family!
