I know they are suppose to be so good, but I found then to be rude over the phone. I have been waiting for over 2 months for my retirement check from my old company to transfer into my account, I called and then told me - Oh well, first come, first serve. Is this an accountant or a coffee shop? Sorry Concannon Miller - you ARE the Administrator for My Profit and sharing plan - You do have my money.
