This place is good at taking all your money at the end of all the paper work.out of no where they will say their prices have gone up...if you don't like it it's not their problem..time to time to make deals with somewhere else with honest people

This is year 7 for me having Stan Turel do my taxes. This man has skills. I appreciated him year one and still like knowing he is doing my taxes 7 years later. When people know what they are doing it makes my life easier. Thank you Stan! 👍🏽

I have been a customer to Patti King for about 4 years. Every year she was kind and collected and did my taxes well and I had no problems until this year. First I get a call on April 13th from someone saying my taxes were done. So 2 days later I went to go pick them up. Low and behold they couldn't find my finished taxes. Said they lost them and Patti told me that she would have to redo them and that it wouldn't take long. An extension had to be filed, and after a month and 2 weeks my taxes were finally done. It wasn't quick at all. It took longer for me to get my taxes redone. And I was charged the full $350 for Patti's fee. Then she wanted me to come in and do quarterly's. So I asked for the vouchers and Patti told me that they were in my folder and if I couldn't find them, she would get them to me. I couldn't find them so I asked if I could get them. So she told me that she was going to a tax seminar over the weekend and when she got back she would get them to me. So after the weekend I never heard from her. I checked in. She said she would work on it tomorrow. Never heard anything. So I asked again. She said she got sick, so her assistant would be contacting me. Again never heard anything. So I checked in again. And once more I was told that her assistant would call me. Never had a single conversation from anyone in the office and that was on May 26th. So long story short Im pretty unhappy with how I was treated and how you completely blew me off when this is your job. If your too busy, then let people know and they can take their business elsewhere like I was forced to.

Patti Poe-King has done an amazing job with my personal taxes and again when I started my own small business. She is loyal and extremely dedicated to her clients. You are never just another number with her, she really hears you and dedicates way more of her own personal time than she should to insuring your paperwork is done properly. If there has ever been an issue, shes right on the phone, fighting for you! I couldn't be blessed with a better tax consultant.

I have been a client for a few years now, Patti was there with me from the beginning, filing my deceased Uncles final taxes. She was there to help me with my taxes when I opened my small business and also for my personal taxes. I have no plans to ever go anywhere else for my tax needs. Patti loves her job and her clients, she is knowledgeable and thorough, honest and professional. All of the ladies in the office are a joy to deal with, very polite and quick to smile and help any way they can.
