Can’t thank Jose and his team enough. I have been going to Jose for many years( kinda lost count 🤭). I appreciate the reminder text and email that is sent each year , it helps me with preparing my tax documents and serves as a reminder to make my appointment. Jose takes his time , the full hour provided by Jose allows the opportunity to explain the changes each year brings, but also allows me to not feel rushed and I walk out of my appointment with a full understanding. I recommend Jose Cruz - definitely a tax pro !!!

If I could give you zero out of zero I would. Mr. José Cruz attended to me and I went through the referral of a friend, everything was fine at the beginning, but when it came to submitting the information it was wrong, my husband and I realized the error, we let Mr. Cruz know and he never responded to let us know that you corrected the error, the worst of all is that because of YOUR ERROR we ended up with a debt with the IRS for not knowing how to enter the correct numbers, in the first request they agreed to refund us and after the error it turns out that we owe the IRS for not submit information that he had given to the gentleman. I think we were clearly j@$&@& by their mistake in addition to having to cancel plans because the money they were going to reimburse us became double what we now owe the IRS. Honestly, it bothered me more that he didnt know how to explain to me what he did.
