I am writing to express my frustration with the lack of response from this company. Despite calling multiple times and leaving my information over the past three weeks, I have not received a return phone call as promised. I have now lost interest due to this poor communication. Prospective customers should be aware of the difficulty in getting a callback.

I use Tax Savers for all my company needs. They do my payroll, personal taxes, corporate taxes, bookkeeping. I'm extremely grateful for them and everyone in the office. They've been so kind and helpful with all my business needs. Thank you so much for all you do!

I’ve had TaxSavers, I’ve never had any problems at all with them as I’ve had them for a long time. They go above and beyond, they’re so much cheaper also then H&R Block. I would really recommend them, they are really the best! Love you TaxSavers! Keep up the amazing work!

I will only state the truth which is we contacted them at a reasonable time. We had to email multiple times to get a response after they had agreed to preparing our taxes. They filed our taxes late.. I wish that was the worst part. After they realized there was a problem with our taxes they reached out and we stated we wanted would rather file separately and my husband would continue to use this company and I would find another. They then filed my taxes without my signature or consent. I do not recommend as now I’m stuck trying to amend my taxes while paying over 1,000. I truly tried to have patience with this company and understand it was a busy time for them but after they filed without my consent I had to advise others not to use them. Please just use caution.

Me AND my mother asked how much it would be for our taxes and were told how much it would be. They doubled the price when the taxes were finished. Will never spend that much money again for someone to do my taxes that were so simple. Go find someone who won’t charge you hundreds for something that took them 1 hour to do.
