Very poor communication. Was told my taxes would be done in a few weeks. After a month i contacted them "almost done". after another 2 weeks, contacted them again "will be done in a few days" . After another 10 days, went to office "they are not done". Dont believe they were ever looked at in 7 weeks time, do not recommend
