I am new to the toledo area and have been looking for a tax professional. Everything about this company looks good online but it is so hard to get ahold of someone, no one wants to help. Their website is useless and hard to navigate and when you contact them no one calls you back. Their phone rings and rings and no one calls you back if you even get a voicemail.
