I was able to meet with Rick last week to get more information on starting up a small business and some steps I should take to protect myself in the process. He gave me great information and I am so glad I took the time to meet with him!

I had a great experience using Kruse & Crawford for my taxes. Eddie was able to quickly resolve my somewhat unique tax questions and got my taxes done well before the deadline. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

I could not be more grateful for the service I have received. The customer service is above and beyond any expectations I have had with other company’s. Kruse & Crawford are trustworthy and I can't see myself working with another company. It’s a company that really cares about their clients and it shows.

I am not sure why I can not get a return email or phone call from this company. I was told I was getting over three thousand dollars for my state return and after almost a year of waiting got only 600 dollars. Also I ended up with over nine thousand owed in federal taxes and was not even told about it. I was surprised to get a letter in the mail from the IRS. This delay cost me. And now can't even get an explanation.

Rick has been helping me with finances since 2017. He’s reliable, prompt, and kind. I’ll never go to anyone else as long as I live in Cincinnati. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Kruse & Crawford is amazing. We at pixaura.com have been using them for almost two years now and couldn't be happier. Rick is great. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Everything is on time and very professionally handled. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
