I originally contacted Joyce Gundling to help me with my many QuickBooks Online questions. I wanted to do a better job with managing the books for our growing company. Joyce has been so helpful in directing me through the process. She is very quick to respond to my questions. Her vast knowledge of accounting and QuickBooks is exactly what I needed. I have worked with previous accountants, and they have not been able to address my questions with QuickBooks. I contacted Gundling & Company, CPA when i realized I needed additional help with the books for my business. Joyce explained her fee, what she would do and how she would help me to be self sufficient. We set up an appointment and a few days later I was sitting in her office while she explained a few things to me. She made it easy and understandable. She instructed me on my level, not on hers. Joyce was recommended by our attorney. We were fortunate to have a relative do our taxes for years but they were retiring. We have a small business that requires extra filing and she took it all on and worked well with our past accountant. I do the daily work for the company and had some medical issues that slowed me down. She worked very closely with me that year and is always available for questions. A very enthusiastic lady.
