I contacted Krumm & Associates in the beginning of March as a new customer to file my taxes for 2023, everyone I worked with were exceptionally professional and the entire process was smooth. With such short notice my taxes were still filed before the April 15th deadline!

Receptionist was rude. Took all the day to get a call back and once I finally spoke to somebody she had a very belittling and rude attitude. Wouldn’t recommend.

I met Mr. Krumm this week to discuss my family's financial future and future accounting needs. The discussion was unlike any other that I have had (or expected) - it was eye opening and thought provoking. I greatly appreciated his time to meet with me.

Been going here for 2 years now for taxes and advice. They have a very good team and get back to you promptly. Very detailed when reviewing taxes and knowledgeable about incentives.

Very prompt and professional. We did our taxes there last year and loved how they did it. We are doing our taxes there this year too. Highly recommend!
