Haven't received tax return going on 3 months after paying for services. Negligent and unprofessional, haven't returned countless missed calls and emails. 3 years of being a client and I am disappointed in staff and the professional bar they have set has dropped as of June 2024. Forced to hold out on receiving my return and reported for negligence.

I highly recommend this company without reservation! David Campbell is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I was feeling so uncertain about my taxes because of the complexity and the changes in my status that had occurred since the previous year. He sat down with me and answered every question so patiently. I am completely confident in his expertise and once the taxes were complete he explained every detail. He even forecasted my taxes for next year and suggested a strategy to minimize tax and avoid a similar situation next year. Excellent experience!

Starting a new business is exciting and nerve wracking. I knew I needed the right accountant who would answer my questions and help me navigate my finances. David was not only patient, he answered every question and offered solutions; not to mention familiar with the " Profit First" approach. The seamless ability to upload my information to him through a secure link at my leisure, made the process so much easier.
