Disappointed in how Vicky handled my tax situation. Bare minimum never called never got my sit down and it cost a lot to do a simple return. Every time I called she expressed how busy she was. Won’t be returning next year.
I called Lawler and witkowski to do my 2023 tax return. I asked if they were accepting new clients and explained that its my first year filing as a small business. I uploaded all of my documents on February 7th. It is now March 11th, Ive called twice, john was supposed to call me back and didnt. Ive been nothing but nice over the phone. My family is in need of the money we are getting back, which puts me under a lot of stress. If they dont want to do my return they can just say that instead of wasting my time.
