We had a 12:30 appointment we scheduled weeks in advance. When we arrived, there were several people ahead of us and were told he was operating on a first come first serve basis. We would have been there for hours waiting. He was recommended to us, but left and won’t be back. Be respectful of client’s time and give them a heads up if you can’t uphold the appointment.

I’ve been going to John for taxes for 10 years. Excellent customer service. They always answer the phone or return messages within a couple hours when I leave one. He does my personal and two business’s taxes. I’ve recommended him to 10+ family and friends who go to him now for taxes and they all have positive reviews of him.

Johnathan Filled our taxes wrong caused us to be audited by the irs costing us over 10 grand for late fees, filling incorrectly and this guy will not fall my Husband and I back! I literally call the office every day have talked to a few ppl say he will never call me and won’t! DONT USE WORST COMPANY EVER

Left our tax information off in April 2022. It is now June 22 and we have heard NOTHING. I've left 3 messages and no return call yet. Nobody EVER answers the phone. Wife drove to the office today, and guess what, DOORS LOCKED. VERY BAD COMPANY. GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR TAXES AND ACCOUNTING.

If I could give a rating of 0/5 stars I would. He no showed two appointments with me and never returned any of my calls. He completed my taxes two years in a row and then this year just decided to not accept my business? It was a terrible, terrible experience.
