Pretty frustrating experience. Met with Joe, signed on with him, delivered documents and gave access to our Quickbooks on the date he requested (over a month before the deadline)... and got confirmation he was on it. Sent a followup email a couple weeks later. nothing. Sent a second followup email another week later. nothing. Figured maybe he was busy and would get back to me before the filing deadline... waited until the day before the deadline. Nothing. Finally, gave up, sent an email saying I was looking elsewhere... THAT spurred a series of emails that were basically (paraphrasing): "OH NO, IM ON IT, BEEN BUSY! FILING EXTENSIONS FOR YOU" Unfortunately for me, because he basically forgot about my company, I had to quickly find another accountant and file extensions rather than just doing our taxes on time, like I wanted. The knock-on effects of this negligence are still happening, as the new accountant was busy (given time of year) and wasnt able to get things done a month later which is now holding up my personal taxes as well. Joe is a nice guy (hence 2 stars, rather than 1), and maybe very good with the tax code too (totally possible, I wouldnt know). but its clear to me that he is either too busy for new clients or too disorganized. If youre an existing client, maybe he's great, but I cant recommend a new customer sign up.

I was referred to Joe by a friend, and Joe is great. He ensures that everything is correct. He has a screen that you can see while he is working, so you know what is being input into the forms. I've been going to him for 4 years now and have never been dissatisfied.

Excellent! We've been going to Joe for years. He's always very personable, kind and funny. One year we didn't go to him, but the next year he welcomed us back like we were family.

Joe is a great friendly person who is very knowledgeable! He has been taking care of my parents, brother and now me and my wife for a few years great service !
