We used Arnold J Hodes for 2019-2021 tax years. We were satisfied until the 2021 tax return. We received a letter from the IRS about an issue with the 2021 return. I contacted our CPA, who said not to worry about it, as he would handle it. Here we are two years later, and we received another letter from the IRS about the same issue. Now, there are fines and late fees attached. For over a month, I have been emailing and calling (leaving messages with the secretary) at their office and have not even had the courtesy of a return phone call or email. This is disappointing and unprofessional behavior. The issue is a simple adjustment and filing of an amended return.
