Well-experienced people helped me a lot. good job

This is a scam service not intuit

Let me start from the beginning and say that we are done with QuickBooks Intuit. They have been a thorn in our side for over 10years and can't for the life of me understand why we stayed with them!! I guess we just got comfortable with the devil we knew than to try to start all over with someone else! We have been trying to get a problem fixed with these people for awhile now and are now finally feed up. Lastly they decided to pass us off to the "Office of the President Escalations Team" Which seem to made things worse. Please allow me to paraphrase your response to this issue. "We are sorry that our product only occasionally and sporadically meets your needs. This is an unfortunate defect. In the future, we will endeavor to fix our product, so that it never meets your needs. Please utilize this less convenient workaround from now on, so that our team does not have to be bothered with trying to make a quality product or meet your silly needs." In all of my communication with Intuit (which, by and large, has been frustrating), this is the most dystopian response I have seen thus far. It is so asinine, that I feel like I am reading a Dilbert comic strip, possibly one where Dogbert is in charge of requirements definition. I can understand if a price or address cannot be changed after charging the card, or possibly even if adding a line item with a $0 amount can't be added, but not even being able to add a shipping date, tracking number, or un-check "print later" or "send later" is simply 100% ridiculous. Why don't you just save us all the frustration and remove the Sales Receipt feature altogether? For most of your customers, this would have the same effect. I really don't understand the point of wasting money on an "Office of the President Escalations Team", if they are only going to waste time and increase the anger level of the customers. You would have been better off just ignoring our contacts and waiting for us to give up! Now, after many more hours of our time wasted on utter nonsense, I am inclined to return to LinkedIn and recount my entire experience every time your CEO makes a post. Apparently your team's function is to douse fires with accelerant, rather than extinguishing them. I personally have no desire to create my own accounting product, but this experience has made me realize that if a company that actually cared (instead of pretending that they are a monopoly) were to produce a quality product that does everything that QuickBooks SHOULD do, they would be unbelievably successful. Unless your company bothers to correct this bug (or requirements definition feature, as you would say), our team will decide upon the best work-around for this flaw, based on which approach is best for them. We will either use invoices, or switch all of our order entry to Shopify (which we already use for online sales). They will decide what works best for their collective needs, but my personal preference is Shopify, since Intuit would lose about $36k of payments revenue. The customer is not always right, but the customer pays your bills. If you continue to treat the customer poorly, they will decide to pay someone else's bills instead. This response above was from my Boss to the "Office of the President Escalations Team" Which will probably fall on deaf ears but at least hopefully someone will read this and decide to go somewhere else with their business than to use Intuit QuickBooks. Thanks TAT
